	Conditions
	• 2/3 payable in advance (by contracting)  • 1/3 payable at the end of the contract year
	General conditions
	• Company´s location is Parikia - Paros.  • "Estia" guarantees the performance of all services agreed upon in a very professional level.  • The contract starts on the date of receipt of payment.  • The order "supervision of the house" is carried out according to protocol that can be looked by the client in Parikia at any time. If the client wishes, it can also be sent by fax.  • If "Estia" detects a case of irruption or any other damage, "Estia" has the obligation to inform the authorities immediately.
